Burgon and Ball Asparagus Knife


The Burgon and Ball asparagus knife combines the two most popular methods of cutting. The serrated blade will slice through the spear or use the sharp blade to snap the spear. Both methods should be done approx 2.5cm under the surface of the soil. The asparagus knife is made from high carbon steel with a hardwood handle and leather hanging thong. Supplied with blade protection sleeve and harvest recipe book. Approx length 31cm. Guaranteed for 5 years.

TIP: Harvest asparagus when it is approx 15cm tall.
