Light My Fire Barbecue Firesteel Oak

The barbecue firesteel is the ultimate way to light a fire and it works even when wet or cold. Originally developed by the Swedish Defense Department and approved by International Survival Instructors Association. The firesteel has an oak handle and a metal striker attached to a strong cord. Use the striker to pull down the length of the firesteel to produce sparks. The firesteel will produce approx 12,000 strikes at 2,980 °C (5,400 °F) The sparks easily will ignite a stove, barbecue or campfire.
