Chafer Grubs

Chafer Grubs are cream in colour with legs, they attack grass roots. Grass growth slows and yellow patches appear. Chafer beetles appear from the lawn and lay their eggs. These hatch into grubs and feed on the grass roots before burrowing deep into the ground. They then lie dormat deep in the soil, before moving to the surface in the spring to emerge as beetle again. Rooks, magpies, crows & woodpeckers feeding on our lawn is a good sign of a chafer grub infestation.

* Nemasys Chafer Grub Killer is a natural product containing living

organisms (nematodes) which seek out the Chafer Grubs, and kill them.

* One application of Nemasys Chafer Grub Killer contains 250 million

nematodes.

* Apply to a moist lawn during August and early September. This is when

the young grub larvae are active.

How to Use:

* Full instructions are supplied, but simply mix with water and apply with

a watering can or garden hose, when the soil temperature is 12^oC

(54^oF) and apply to a moist lawn and water the nematodes in well, so

that they reach theChafer Grubs at the roots of the grass. Keep the

lawn well watered for at least 2 weeks after applying Nemasys Chafer

Grub Killer.
