"Thankyou so much! The trug e.t.c. arrived this morning, beautifully wrapped. Sadly I had to unwrap (very carefully) the items to show my colleagues before (carefully) re-wrapping them ready to present to a retiring colleague! We are absolutely delighted with the purchases, the delivery and the presentation. Your card is now pinned to the Staff room notice board because everyone was so impressed. Well done and best wishes."
